Which regions do you intend to operate in?

We intend to allow access to the protocol worldwide as long as region-specific jurisdictions allow users to transact with the type of products that the Nolus Protocol offers. Should there be any regulatory restrictions, the core contributors can restrict access to the protocol by blocking the user interface. The smart contracts themselves are deployed on an immutable ledger, and everyone is able to interact with them in the background. Disabling functionalities, such as opening a lease position, can only be done via on-chain governance.
