When are you planning to start onboarding validators? / When is the launch of Nolus?

Oak Security recently kicked off its audit on our code base, and we anticipate that all should be covered by the mid of November. In the meantime, we will open our repos to the public and start onboarding validators on Nolus’s Rila testnet.
